ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION

Artboard 1png.png

Arcadia is certified and registered to the current version of the ISO 9001 quality standard.

Arcadia's registrar is NQA, an internationally recognized leader in its field, and fully accredited by ANAB, the North American organization with oversight over such aerospace registrars.  NQA clients include many of the worlds largest aerospace and defense industry companies.

Arcadia has been fully compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001 since 2004.  Arcadia became certified and registered to ISO 9001 in January of 2009.

Arcadia's formal registration audit for ISO9001/AS9120 resulted in a perfect score of 1000 out of a potential 1000 points -- with literally no major or minor non-conformances observed -- the first such perfect score we are aware of in the independent channel for electronic components.  Subsequent audits have likewise demonstrated high levels of performance and minimal non-conformances.

The first rule of any technology used in a business is that automation applied to an efficient operation will magnify the efficiency. The second is that automation applied to an inefficient operation will magnify the inefficiency."
